Kim brings energy, integrity, personalized service, and a genuine passion for helping people with every real estate transaction. As a lifelong Houstonian and graduate of Memorial High School and Stephen F. Austin State University, Kim offers clients invaluable firsthand knowledge of Houston’s neighborhoods, schools, and surrounding communities.

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Kim spent most of her professional life as an educator and director of a family-operated private school, where she developed exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Real estate has always been part of her life, having grown up alongside her mother, a respected leader in the Houston real estate community. Today, Kim combines that lifelong exposure to the industry with her deep local roots and commitment to providing exceptional service, helping buyers and sellers confidently achieve their real estate goals.

Kim understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions. She is dedicated to making every transaction as smooth, enjoyable, and successful as possible through honest communication, careful attention to detail, and a client-first approach.

Happily married, she has two grown sons who are married to the women she affectionately refers to as her “jackpot” daughters-in-law. She is also blessed with two precious grandsons & two equally precious granddaughters.
